From the Library

The library is open to students from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. every school day. We offer students a quiet place to read, study or work on assignments before school, during lunch and while on spare. Whether you want to conduct research, search for useful online resources, browse our large fiction and non-fiction collection or sit on a comfy chair and read a book, the library is the place for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How long can I sign out a book for?

A. Fiction and non-fiction books can be signed out for 14 days at a time. After 14 days are up, students may renew the book as long as no one has placed a hold on that title.

Q. Are there late fees?

A. Currently there are no late charges for overdue items but if the book is not returned it is considered lost and the student must either replace or pay for the item.

Q. What is a QR code?

A. QR stands for ‘quick response.’ It is a 2D barcode that links to more information and requires a device with a camera and a QR reader to use. It is much quicker than keying in data using your smartphone keypad.
